Shenzhen, July 2, 2026 – Employees from Shenzhen Fubon Wiring Harness Co., Ltd. visited the Emergency Fire Science Popularization Education Base in Guangming District yesterday to participate in immersive industrial safety and emergency rescue training, reflecting the company’s long-term emphasis on staff safety education and occupational health management.
Professional instructors led the team through multiple themed exhibition and experience zones, with all training content closely tailored to potential safety hazards in wiring harness production workshops.
In the industrial safety exhibition area, interpreters introduced frequent accidents in cable processing production. Cutting and grinding procedures generate flammable metal dust, which may lead to dust explosions without effective wet dust removal equipment. Long-term exposure to dust, loud mechanical noise and vibration will trigger various occupational diseases. Improper operation of electric drills, cutting saws and other power tools also easily causes electric shock, mechanical cuts and crush injuries.
Employees visited the display wall of standard work protection supplies, including insulated hand tools, safety helmets and anti-fall safety harnesses. At the safety harness impact experience area, staff learned the correct inspection and wearing standards of personal protective equipment for high-altitude wiring operations, fully understanding the importance of standardized protection.
In the fire safety training area, the instructor demonstrated the four-step operation method of fire extinguishers: lift, pull, aim and squeeze. Exhibits illustrated four types of fire extinguishers and their applicable scenarios, such as electrical fires from production equipment and plastic raw material fires in our harness workshop. The team also learned self-evacuation skills inside a simulated metro carriage for daily travel emergencies.
The CPR first-aid demonstration was a core session of this activity. The trainer presented complete standardized resuscitation procedures, which can be applied to emergency rescue for electric shock fainting and workplace injury accidents on the production line.
